About the project
BEE was contracted by Hines for the LEED consultation of an office and retail tower in downtown Jing An in Shanghai, China. For this project BEE worked closely with the design team from the early stage of the project to incorporate green building features to maximize energy and water efficiency and rigorous guidelines to minimize environmental impact during construction. Hines aims to achieve the highest level of green building certification- LEED v2009 CS Platinum for One Museum Place. BEE is also working with Hines on achieving WELL certification for their office space within One Museum Place.
