Shanghai ITC is the largest Precertified WELL Building Standard project in the world. It contains 3 office towers and a hotel located in a high-quality business space with a gross floor area of 380,000 sqm.
It is located in the core area of Xujiahui business circle in Shanghai, officially topped out the core tube of the T2 tower under construction. In the future, the project will help upgrade the business district as a regional landmark and open a new chapter in regional development.
