Arc Platform

Arc is a platform that provides tools to collect, analyze, and communicate information about the operations of a space. Prada Alexandra House is the first retail space to use Arc to collect analytical data and receive certification under the Arc process. Building performance data is collected by Arc from several sources, including meters, utility bills, and user surveys, and is organized into 5 performance categories: Energy, Water, Waste, Transportation, and Human Experience. This data is then sorted into a simple graphic that can be used to track performance and streamline green building certification.
