The goal was to achieve LEED Certification across multiple locations worldwide, integrating the LIFE in Store program to enhance environmental performance and create a healthier retail environment.

44 stores have been LEED Certified: Currently, an estimated 12,920 square meters of floor area across 44 stores have achieved LEED Platinum, Gold, or Silver level certifications.
38 stores are under the LEED Certification process: At present, 8,000 square meters across 38 stores are in the process of certification.
In 2022, over 12% of their total floor area was certified LEED. Tiffany & Co. is on track to meet its goal of having at least 30% of its floor area LEED-certified by 2025.
Key Outcomes
20% average reduction in energy consumption: Utilized high-efficiency lighting systems and energy-controlled HVAC systems, achieving a 20% average reduction in energy consumption.
75% of waste was diverted: Implemented waste diversion plans in retail stores through the construction & operation stage to contribute to a circular economy, aiming for zero waste to landfills.
Clean air in 60 stores: Deployed BEE Sense monitoring devices for all the retail stores to achieve real-time monitoring and ensure clean & comfortable air quality.
