About the project

The Millennity achieved WELL Core Platinum certification in November 2023. Located at 98 How Ming Street in Hong Kong, the center spans 5,600 sqm of gross floor area. The Millennity will provide Grade-A offices in two 20-story towers situated on top of a large shopping mall.

The Millennity’s sustainable features include:

Air Quality: 30% increase in fresh air supply, advanced filtration systems, and testing for over 30 pollutants.
Water Quality: Laboratory-tested water purity, with design measures to prevent mold and microbial growth.
Nourishment: Healthy food advertising, nutritional messaging, and strategic menu design to guide healthy food choices; gardening space.
Lighting: 10% window area for enhanced daylight.
Movement: the facilities promoting physical activity.
Comfort: Thermal conditions within ±0.5 PMV, with ergonomic considerations.
Materials: Strict restrictions on hazardous ingredients, alongside waste management initiatives.
Mindfulness: Incorporation of nature elements and stress-relief features.
Community Engagement: Stakeholder involvement, accessibility initiatives, and occupant feedback integration.
