About the project
Khan Bank, one of Mongolia’s largest financial institutions, is renowned for its sustainability efforts. Partnering with our team, the bank achieved a Gold-level LEED Operations and Maintenance (O+M) for Interiors certification.
This project involved assessing and enhancing the performance of Khan Bank’s expansive 22,863 sqm office to meet the LEED O+M standards. Our work included a deep dive into building performance, focusing on energy use, indoor air quality, water savings, and sustainable maintenance practices. We tailored solutions that align with the bank’s sustainability goals and commitment to a healthier workplace.
