About the project

The Dai-ichi Life Hibiya First building is a historically and architecturally significant office building located in Yurakucho, Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo, near the southeast side of the Imperial Palace. Recognized as a historical landmark by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, it symbolizes large-scale prewar architecture. The building comprises 31 floors and has a total gross floor area (GFA) of 91,356 square meters.

Blending heritage with innovation, Dai-ichi Life Hibiya First is a landmark that combines historical architecture with modern, sustainable office design. Recently, the project has been WELL Platinum certified, and we are proud to support this project by conducting Performance Verification (PV) testing as part of the certification process.
