About the project

Prada hired BEE to handle the LEED certification for all of their new stores worldwide with LEED CI GOLD certification as a minimum target.

In addition to providing key sustainability design and construction strategies for Prada’s stores, BEE incorporated the QLEAR Intelligent Building Management system to monitor the indoor air quality and energy consumption in real-time. The results were drastic improvements to the overall IAQ performance of Prada’s retail stores worldwide and energy efficiency in Asia Pacific.
