About the project
Awarded as the first LEED Platinum Resort in China, naked Stables is a 5-star eco-resort in Moganshan that serves as a testament that luxury hospitality does not have to sacrifice sustainable construction.
The Shanghai design-build-operate eco-resort company, naked Retreats, hired BEE to help design and plan the resort that went beyond traditional green building construction implementing local construction techniques. They also operate farms in the neighbouring areas and hire local staff.
In addition to the LEED services BEE provided for this project we also drafted a Corporate Social Responsibility plan for the company and wrote a Sustainability Book that documents the projects major sustainability milestones.
