About the project
FORMIA is an international specialist in airline amenities. The company offers custom-designed, premium, and sustainable solutions that add exceptional value to the passenger experience. On June 12, 2024, after 15 years at its former location, FORMIA opened its new head office at the Harbourfront in Hung Hom, Hong Kong.
We are honored to have contributed to this project, which achieved LEED ID+C Gold certification on September 26, 2024. The office incorporates sustainable features such as energy-efficient lighting, optimized HVAC systems, and water-saving features to help minimize environmental impact.
We’re proud of the results, which are further supported by ongoing monitoring through our BEE Sense system. This continuous monitoring ensures high indoor air quality (IAQ), providing a healthy and comfortable environment for all employees and visitors.
