Introduction

BEE was born out of the realization that a large knowledge gap exists between engineering and design teams introducing sustainable solutions and the construction teams in charge of bringing these solutions to life.

In the implementation process, the sustainable goals of a project often get lost.

We bring together design and engineering know-how with construction expertise and materials specialization to provide the missing link that enables a project to truly achieve its sustainability goals.

BEE was started as “Bisagni Environmental Enterprise” in 2009 in Shanghai. We have since grown to have a global presence and project footprint that spans the globe. See our Projects for more information.

LEED® Proven Provider™

BEE has been recognized as a LEED® Proven Provider™ for the Interior Design and Construction rating system family by the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI).

WHAT IS LEED® PROVEN PROVIDER™?

The LEED Proven Provider is a program by the USGBC that streamlines the LEED project review process for experienced organizations that demonstrate consistent excellence in administering LEED projects. It is designed to minimize the need for additional work during the project review process, thus expediting delivery.

Only a select group of LEED consultants are allowed into the Program and even fewer finally achieve the designation, following an in-depth audit by the GBCI of the organization’s LEED submittals.

WELL Enterprise Provider

BEE has earned the WELL Enterprise Provider (WELL EP) designation from IWBI to deliver a comprehensive suite of WELL solutions at a portfolio or enterprise scale.

WHAT IS A WELL ENTERPRISE PROVIDER?

Created for organizations with demonstrated expertise in the WELL Building Standard (WELL) and related offerings, organization designated as WELL EP’s serve an important role in supporting the growing demand worldwide for enhanced health and well-being for employees, customers, and communities.

This designation enables BEE to guide our clients to identify and implement WELL strategies at scale, helping companies meet their larger business objectives in areas such as ESG reporting, human and social capital management, and workplace strategy and policy.

WELL Performance Testing Organization

As a GBCI and IWBI accredited WELL Performance Testing Organization (PTO), BEE ensures that building projects meet the highest standards in air, water, and light quality, contributing to the overall well-being of occupants.

As the first WELL PTO in Asia Pacific, BEE holds the license for testing all WELL certification typologies – with hundreds of completed projects across 4 continents.
