We are very proud to announce the recognition of Shawn Jang’s (Managing Director of BEE Incorporations Taiwan) contribution to LEED v4.1 by U.S. Green Building Council (USGCI). Often considered the next generation standard for green building design and operation, LEED v4.1 raises the bar on how the industry integrates building design, human health, and energy performance.
LEED v4.1 builds on previous versions of LEED by:
• Using data driven methodologies to consistently measure performance
• Allowing projects to earn LEED points through building performance monitoring
• Using LEED’s robust experience to develop solutions to address unique markets
“With the invaluable help of Shawn, LEED recently launched the full suite of LEED v4.1 rating systems including language for existing buildings and interiors, single family and multi-family residential, as well as cities and communities.
